Special Terms of Service Concerning the Matching-Donation Program

To be subject to Charity Blossom's Matching-Donation Program (the "Program"), a donation must be originated at the Charity Blossom website (http://www.charityblossom.org). Under the Program, when a person makes an initial donation of at least $10 through the Charity Blossom website, s/he will be prompted to create a referral page (http://www.charityblossom.org/grow/). Once two additional donations of at least $10 each are made through this referral page, Charity Blossom itself will make a donation of $10 into the Fund and will advise a grant of $10 to the public charity identified in the referral page. Whenever an additional three donations of at least $10 each are made through the same referral page, Charity Blossom will make another $10 donation to the charity, up to a maximum aggregate of $100 per referral page.

The Program will terminate at the earlier of (i) December 31, 2012, or (ii) such time as Charity Blossom has made $5,000 in aggregate donations in connection with the Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Charity Blossom reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time, without notice to any person. Charity Blossom is not earning any fee or otherwise being compensated by any person in connection with the Program.

All donations made through the Program are subject to the Charity Blossom Terms of Service (http://www.charityblossom.org/corp/tos) and the donor-advised fund agreement that each donor is prompted to agree to as a condition for having his or her donation accepted. As explained more fully in the Charity Blossom Terms of Service and such other agreements, all donations are made directly into the Charity Blossom Donor Advised Fund sponsored by the Clearport Technology Group (www.clearporttechnologygroup.org), a Section 501(c)(3) public charity (the "Charity"). All such donations belong to, and will at all times be subject to the full discretion and control of, the Charity. These Special Terms of Service Concerning the Matching-Donation Program are intended to supplement and in no way to supersede the terms set forth in the Charity Blossom Terms of Service.

By making a donation to the Charity in connection with the Program, you represent that you have read, fully understand and accept the foregoing terms.
